Viktorija is amazing with children, babies toddlers and preschoolers alike. Very tentative to their needs but also very knowledgeable on their stage for learning and very quick to adjust the educational approach on every age. Viktorija is an absolute delight to work with. She instantly builds a rapport with the little ones and maintains this throughout her contact with them. My son had a strong bond with me and refused to spend time with anyone else; Viktorija quickly built a positive joyful relationship with him. He has picked up so many words from her and loved her very much! She is very professional at all times; I have never seen her positive energy drop. She puts her heart into her work and always comes with creative ideas to keep little ones engaged. My favourite was when they built a barber station for him and had little plant pots with spikey hair to cut! This is just one example, Viktorija actively searches all stores and online for activities to do with little ones. She has mastered her role and this reflects strongly through her actions.

My 2 and 4 year old hadn’t had a babysitter they hadn’t met before and when we needed to call on one I was really glad it was Viktorija. I was cleaning up in the other room before going out and minutes after she arrived she had them playing with special toys she had brought for them after asking me their interests and they loved it. They’re in a bit of a tricky phase of getting them to stay in bed and go to sleep and Viktorija dealt brilliantly with that. I am looking forward to having her come back next time and the boys are too.
