BEFORE YOUR EVENT

We take the time to learn about your children, your venue, and your event plans. You'll receive a tailored childcare plan so you know exactly what to expect on the day.

ARRIVAL & SETUP

Our team arrives ahead of schedule to create a dedicated children's space with age-appropriate toys, activities, crafts, and sensory play. Everything is provided by us, so parents can simply relax and enjoy the occasion.

DURING THE CELEBRATION

We keep little guests entertained, engaged, and cared for throughout the event. From creative activities and games to quiet downtime, we adapt to each child's needs while giving parents complete peace of mind.

WIND DOWN & HANDOVER

As the event comes to a close, we help children settle with calm activities or bedtime routines where needed. We then provide a smooth handover, sending happy little guests home ready for a restful night.
